UV pad printing technology
UV ink pad printing is now possible! By installing a heater unit on the printing machine, the temperature is controlled to stabilize the ink viscosity.
Introducing the "UV Pad Printing Technology" from Special Abe Printing Co., Ltd. We use our newly developed silicone pad (UK type). Additionally, we utilize plates that have undergone special treatment. A heater unit is installed on the printing machine to regulate temperature and stabilize ink viscosity. Furthermore, a doctor blade specifically designed for UV inks is used. 【Benefits】 ■ The cured UV ink has overwhelmingly higher film strength compared to solvent-diluted inks. ■ It is an environmentally friendly ink that does not emit volatile organic compounds (VOCs). ■ The UV irradiator consumes about 1/30 of the power compared to thermal drying systems, making it energy-efficient. ■ It helps reduce CO2 emissions. ■ The fast curing speed of the ink improves productivity. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
